What a week! 5x Old, Dagga Boys in 5 Days! Hard wo What a week! 5x Old, Dagga Boys in 5 Days! Hard work, many kilometers and lots of patience. But with Teamwork every Hunter was rewarded with a great, old Buffalo. We're all still processing such an amazing time together. But the goal is already set for next year! ___________________________________________________ Was für eine Woche! 5x Alten "Dagga Boys" in 5 Tagen! Harte Arbeit, viele Kilometer und jede Menge Geduld. Aber dank Teamwork wurde jeder Jäger mit einem tollen, alten Büffel belohnt. Wir alle verarbeiten diese tolle gemeinsame Zeit noch immer. Alle Gerichte wurden Ihm zubereitet und bestehen aus Wild aus unserer eigenen Metzgerei und von unseren Kunden erlegt. 1. Nyala Carpaccio 2. Büffel und Giraffe Sülze mit Bratkartoffeln. 3.Königsmakrele & Mahi Mahi Chiviché. 4. Giraffen-Consommé. 5. Riedböck. 6. Crème Brûlée. Ein echtes kulinarisches Erlebnis🤩 Vielen dank, Gabriel. ______________________________________________ Last Night in Zululand we were spoilt by @gabrielgaarendt with a 6 Course Menu! All dishes were prepared by him and consist of Venison from our own Buthsery and from Animals hunted by our Clients. 1. Nyala Carpaccio 2. Buffalo and Giraffe "Sulze" with fried Potatoes. 3.
